SHIPPING POLICY
All physical artworks are carefully packaged and shipped within 3–5 business days of order confirmation. Shipping times vary by destination: 5–10 business days within Greece and the EU, and 10–20 business days for international orders outside the EU. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
The Sketcher Art is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or courier services once the package has left our hands. Digital files are delivered instantly via email or download link upon completion of payment — no shipping is required.
RETURNS POLICY
Due to the original, handmade nature of each artwork, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. The only exception is if your physical artwork arrives damaged or destroyed in whole or in part during transit: in this case, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will offer a replacement (where possible) or a full refund.
As required under EU consumer protection law, customers within the EU retain a 14-day right of withdrawal on physical product purchases unless they have expressly waived this right; please contact us at [your email] to exercise this right. Digital files, once downloaded, are non-refundable and non-returnable, as expressly agreed to at the time of purchase.
